Matthew Tan
Matthew brings a rare combination of academic excellence, proven teaching experience, and real-world industry exposure. In his early years, he was directly admitted to Hwa Chong Institution / Junior College through Math Olympiad. He went on to graduate from NUS Business School (Honours with Distinction) with a specialisation in Finance and has since spent the past 6 years as a Management Consultant advising Fortune 500 companies across Southeast Asia on Financial Services & Digital topics.
He also has an extensive experience in teaching having coached more than 100 pre-university and university students for over 7 years. He explains business concepts in a relatable manner that draws from real life experience that helps students build up their fundamentals. He is passionate about business and strongly believes that education is a tool that not only empowers but helps shape the future of individuals.
